Paid for Office 2007 but can't activate

Hi all,

I downloaded the trial version of Office 2007 Standard and then went through
the convert process.

I paid £198.18 for the upgrade version and at the end of the process I was
given a receipt. However, under the 'activation key', the space was blank!!

I have tried to contact digital river who handle the transactions for
Microsoft but wondered if anyone else has had this and is there anything I
can do??
