I did the 30 day trial, then the updgrade, which I paid for on the Microsoft
website, quite a while ago (version 2002).
It all worked fine until my windows 98 based PC died.
I've re-installed it on my new windows XP computer. The trial worked fine
for 30 days, but when I inserted the upgrade CD, it removed the previous
version, asked me for my software key, which I succesfully entered, then gave
me an error message saying it could not locate a "qualify product". Well of
course it couldn't- part of the upgrade process is to remove previos
versions. I don't think I should have to pay another $35 for Microsoft
technical support to fix this. Can any of you help?
Thanks!
