How can I reload microsoft Paint?
Do not have it in Start/All Programs/Accessories?

Do a search for mspaint.exe. It should be located in the
C:\Windows\System32 folder (if you use the standard Windows install.) Once
you find it create a desktop shortcut by dragging the file name to the
desktop and then once there click Right click and drag it to Start and wait
until the menu opens, then continue to drag to the Programs line, when it
opens drag to Accessories and when that opens drag to system tools and let
the right mouse button go. You will be asked what you want to do, click on
Move. Your shortcut is back.

And if you do not find it there then install it from Control Panel\Add Remove\Add Windows Components\Accessories\Details
