Paintbrush won't work. How do I fix it?

My paintbrush feature has ceased working. It won't copy the formatting from
one paragraph to another.

Is it just the Format Painter that doesn't work or has it stopped Copy
Format (Ctrl+Shft+C) and Paste Format (Ctrl+Shift+VS.) from working too?
