Palm (dat) adress book to Outlook caontact

Does anyone know how i can import my existing palm pilot
address book into my outlook contacts so I can access it
on my new aximv50 handheld PDA. I dont see .DAT as an
option in the import option

You use Hotsync or Chapura Pocket Mirror to sync the Palm, then ActiveSync
to sync the PocketPC.
