Palm iiic -outlook

I get an error message USERDATA.DLL when i try to go to
hotsync. How do i get resolve this so i can link my palm
to outlook. Tanks. Tom

It sounds like a Palm file installation issue:

This page info is similar to your problem. I would suggest uninstalling the
Palm software, including the Outlook Conduit (I think also the item in Notes
in outlook), manually make sure that the Palm software is gone, reboot,
reinstall. You may want to back up any PC side data if you need to.
