Palm not syncing with Outlook

When trying to Hotsync a Palm with Outlook 2002 on a IBM
Laptop. Receiving error "the custom form could not be
opened. Outlook will use an outlook form instead. The
object does not support the requested action"

Try checking a palm support forum. the problem originates with the palm
software, not Outlook.

Do hyou have any custom forms in outlook? Can you Hotsync
just your e-mail files?
