Paper Size in Print Layout is NOT Whats defined in Page Setup

When I open Word my Paper in Print Layout is very square looking and not the
normal 8.5x11 Even though that it is defined in Page Setup.

I have tried deleting my normal.dot to no avail... any ideas?

Either you have Track Changes enabled and are seeing the enlarged margins
Word is allowing for the balloons, or you have white space hidden; see
