No offense, but are you *sure* you want to do that? Justified alignment can
make for a number of formatting & readability issues. If you do have a
legitimate need to do so there are several options.
Word is a styles-based program which uses the Normal paragraph style by
default. You can modify Normal to whatever you prefer. However, most other
built-in styles are based on Normal so that will have a cascading impact.
Instead, I'd suggest that you create your own custom paragraph style. It can
be added to the Normal.dotm template and applied when needed and it can be
designated as the default style for new documents in Word> Preferences>
Edit. Even better, create a template of your own to include any styles and
specs pertinent to that type of document & base new documents on that
template. Well designed templates make everything much more efficient.
