paragraph management system

Hello,

I write reports on products, and some paragraphs only have a limited
number of versions. I would like to know if there is a system (like a
tree view or something) to help me insert these ms-word paragraphs
(with their formatting) into my ms-word document.

I guess the master document is a goog start, but it is not helping
very much because there is no easy way to find the version you want to
insert.

1) Is there a simple way to organise (by tagging, or with a hierarchy
like a treeview) some text fragments?
2) Is there a simple way to fill a document with fragments ? (by
checking options for example, or drag and drop)
