I have a client with WinXP and Access 2000
I have a few parameter queries set up to produce a list
of intended recipients of email based on the user input
(the query criteria).
I was unable to link the database to Word2003 - just
could not get the DDE connection to be recognized on the
client machine. Therefore, I've given up on using Mail
Merge in Word (drats - that would have been easy).
I am now trying to create a means of generating email to
all recipients based on the parameter query results. I
have successfully used code I found in an article
title "How to send EMail from MS-Access using Outlook"
referenced in another post to this newsgroup (I did
search before posting this request for help!)but it would
only work with a select query - it would fail when I
tried to use a parameter query.
ANY HELP or suggestions out there?
