I am working on some pivot charts that need to be compiled for a variety of
managers. The managers are over up to 8 different phases. Instead of
setting up criteria for 8 prompts is there a way to set up the criteria with
one prompt and beable to enter the requirements in this prompt?
Example:
Manager A needs to see information for phases 01 or 02 or 07
Manager B needs to see information for phases 11 or 12 or 13 or 14
I can can enter the criteria as "01" or "02" or "07" and the pivot chart
correctly displays all phases on one chart.
I wondered how I could enter this information in 1 parameter to receive the
same results.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
