Parameter value?

When I open one of my forms, each parameter box comes up for the fields.
It's more of a nuisance than anything but it takes time to go through all of
these boxes before the form opens up. The other forms don't do this. Can
anyone help me on this? Thanks!

It sounds as though the form's based on a query, and that the query requires
parameters.
