parking notification

I need profesional letter for commercial parking lot. they have to park in
the line or they can't park that space and they using too many space.

PLEASE look at a newsgroup before posting to it. This is not a forum to ask
people how to word a document!

This is an ACCESS newsgroup. We help build databases in MS Access.

If you want to write a letter about parking within the lines, then go write
it. That does not seem like the type of thing one would need a template to
accomplish.

You won't need Access for that, unless you're trying to keep track of
repeat offenders or something similar. For just the letter, there are
probably MS Word templates on Microsoft's Web site that you will find
helpful.

For wording, you might look on the Internet for a faux parking ticket
that has been popular for some years that begins

"This is not a parking ticket, but if it had been in my power, you
would have gotten two."

.... and ends something like "May the fleas of a thousand camels infest
your armpits."

You can probably think of all sorts of colorful suggestions for your
repeat offenders. Good luck.
