My condo HOA only allows two parking spaces for each condo. During weekends,
holidays and unfortunately emergency family gatherings, excess parking is
limited to VISITORS parking spaces. These visitor spaces are monitored for
overuse by resident and non-resident vehicles. Some have been towed (unknown
vehicle) or resident fined (condo owner lets relatives park in their spots
during their stay). I want to offer a free park spot available website that
condo owners with one car (and no current visitors) can offer to their
neighbors during normal weekdays and reserve during the holidays. Currently,
our HOA says, "have your grandparents park their car at a 24 hour grocery
store". THAT's what I want to fix... We have 170 condo owners... and don't
have our own organization level below the HOA level. This will build
communication and neighborly awareness. Please offer ideas, template or
