Part of email message missing

Hi

Oulook 2000 clients - only part of the email message is being displayedwhen
sent from Outlook 2003. But whole message is displayed on Blackberry.. this
happens very randomly. NT4 user is on outllook 2000 and xp users on Outllook
2003 On exchange 5.5

Any suggestions?

Please help
