Partial delgation

Is there a way to partially delegate a task in the PWA? I
have a resource who is working a task, and was assigned
help without increasing the budget/ETC. With her 40
hours, how can she delegate the task and ONLY 20 hours to
another resource, keeping the other 20 hours?

Or does this have to be done through the project file
manually?

Brian:

This needs to be done through the Project Client. The delegate feature works
only on an entire assignment, meaning you can't split the work using this
feature. You'll be further stymied by the fact that you can't use delegation
on a task that already has progress reported against it.
