Partially downloaded messages in inbox

Email Client: pop

Al my messages are coming in as partially downloaded in my inbox. I have unchecked the box in the account settings options to partially received messages over ..KB.
I can not find anywhere the option to check that I want to receive all my messages completely in my inbox.
Please advise.

Try deleting the account and re-enter. Perhaps the account is corrupt and
setting not sticking.
