Partially Receiving a Purchase Order

B

Brian Wannan

I created a Po then received all but one item. When I tried to set the
receving quantity for the one item I did not receive, OA 2008 would not
accept a value of zero (0). I stll want to receive the last item but it will
come and have a diffferent invoice.
How can I partially receive a Po and enter the receipt and invoice for the
partial leaving any unreceived items open to be received at another time?
hanks very much.
