A particular user always shows up as "offline" but can still send/receive
workspace updates and send/receive Groove messages. Beyond the annoyance of
not seeing this user as "active" or "online" it is also keeping some (but not
all) workspaces from being marked as syncronized for this user. This is
causing the syncronization log to grow (as it does when a user has really
been "offline" for an extended period).
Any thoughts?
