Party invitation template

I downloaded the poinsettia design invitation (Word 2007) template. It
opened, but with 2 copies of front on one page, and 2 copies of inside on
another page. I don't know how can it be used for quarter-fold card? (8.5 x
11 page). I'd appreciate any help.

Looks to me like a tent card. Print one side, turn the stock over and print
again. You could adapt the design into a quarter fold by copy/paste into a
quarter fold template.
