pass data from access form to intranet web based form

I have a internal html form. I need to pass the from my access database form
to the html page.

I am opening the html file with a duble click event on the flield that
contains the data that I want to pass.

I am stumped on how to pass the data.

Please help..

I have full control of the html page.
