Pass variables from DBW generated page to custom confirmation page

I just got a case of the stupids. I have a custom confirmation page (sends
out emails, etc) that is used with a DBW generated submission page. How do I
pass the varaibles? I have been hand coding these in the past but don't have
time to do that right now.
