Password Change Facility

I have a WSS 2.0 site on Win2003EnterpriseEdition and
have windows integrated security set as authentication
method in IIS. I do not get the option to change my
password under the Manage My Information/Change My
Information screen. I changed the authentication method
in IIs to add Basic Authentication and this does not
resolve. Also tried using only Basic Authentication
which does not work. The server is not part of an AD
domain. Any suggestions?
