Password for Entourage

My password won't work. How do I change it? I went to Account Settings and tried resetting it but it won't. What is so weird is that I am using the correct password! Do I have a bug?
Thanks so much. My orders are not getting fulfilled because I can't get my mail.

It may be that your "keychain" (a database that stores your passwords) has
been damaged. If so, the following may work:
Quit Entourage
Launch Keychain Access (from the Utilities folder)
Run Keychain First Aid (from the Keychain Access menu)
Quit Keychain Access
Run Entourage and enter the password again when asked.
Make sure you click Save Password ... then
Click OK.

If that doesn't work you might need to delete all entries for your accounts
in the Keychain and delete the account in Entourage. Then create a new
account and save. Delete doesn't mean backspace to delete the data, but to
actually delete the account.
