Password in access

Hi everyone,
I want make a database in access where only some users can enter. its
possible make a enter form where we can put username and password? If so how
can i do that?

Do you want to allow only certain people in OR do you want to allow certain
users to do only certain things?

If only to allow certain people in, go to Tools, Security and Set Database
Password and give it to those users.

If you want to allow certain people to do certain things within the
database, then you need to set up user-level security. This is hard to do
right and a lot of work especially if users frequently change. Search
Microsoft.com for the Access Security white paper and read it three or four
times.

Oh! Don't upgrade to Access 2007 as it doesn't support user-level security.

I want to allow only certain people in OR, but i dont want Set Database
Password, because i have others databases and some people access one Database
and other people access to other one.

Access security is a great feature, but it is, by nature a complex product
with a very steep learning curve. Properly used it offers very safe
versatile protection and control. However a simple mistake can easily
lock you out of your database, which might require the paid services of a
professional to help you get back in.

Practice on some copies to make sure you know what you are doing.
