password in office outlook

Why is that office outlook will work for a time and then all of a sudden it
starts asking for your password to the different accounts? Even if you put
in the correct passwords, it keeps asking for it over and over again until
you cancel the request or X out. It has been working for months until today
8/6/08. How can I fix it so I can get my emails?

Not sure, is the password something that your ISP required to connect?
If so perhaps the connection is failing?

Often this is a server failure. Maybe wait a couple hours and it will
straighten itself out.
