Password Issue after upgrade from 2003 to 2007

I just upgraded to 2007. Every time I open Outlook, a window pops up that
asks me to enter my network password. I do it over and over and over again,
and still it keeps popping up no matter how many times I enter the
information. I have been online with Earthlink tech support for hours and
they can't seem to figure out the problem. Any ideas?
