Password prompt on opening Outlook

I have a query with the observation in Microsoft Outlook 2007 that ever
time, outlook is opened, it gives the dialog prompt for Server, Use
Name and password. Please help how this query can be resolved.

Request you to revert with the reason why the dialog prompt is comin
every time Microsoft Outlook 2007 is opened.
