Password Protect a Workbook ?

Is there a way to Password Protect a workbook so
that
someone else using the computer cannot open it ?

One way which might suffice ..

Click File > Save As

In the Save As dialog,
Click Tools > General Options

In the Save Options dialog
Enter a password to open, click OK

When you "save as" in that window goto "tools" "general options" and enter
your password!!!
