Password protect access to other user's mailbox

We have a client who has a user that works on a PC based in reception.
SEveral people are able to log on to this PC and need to access the email.
However, this one user also has permission to access her boss' mailbox. Is
there any way that she (or the boss) can set up a password so that only she
can access his mailbox.
