Password Protect Certain Outlook Contacts For Financial Sensitivit

In the case of a Stockbroker, or anyone else, Client's Information can be
extremely sensitive when financial agreements are pre-conceived. My personal
information. My wife's, as I secure, with both parties info, for community
property purposes.

Then you should use a password on your entire .pst file. Right click
Outlook Today, select Properties then advanced. Set your password from
there and do not forget it.
