Create each of the new users as Limited User and assign a unique password to
each user.

Make sure Folder Options ... Use SImple File Sharing is checked for the next
to work.

Right-click on your C:\Documents and Settings\[YOUR USERNAME] folder and
select Sharing Tab.
Check Make this Folder Private.

When you create each user, login as that user.

Better yet, download Microsoft Shared User Toolkit and add Limited users
from there. Then you don't have to create each user and then login. It
will automatically create the user in the registry. The other way, you have
to login as that user in order for the user fodler and registry settings be
created.

Either way, once you have the users' created, you can modify each user's
profile the way you want. There are some settings I can give you which
really lock the user down, no access to views in Windows Explorer, hide
drives, file access, .... It still permits them to run apps and such, it
just prevents them from moving around on the system other than from there
login folder on down.
