Password protection of OUTLOOK

I am using outlook connector for hotmail account in my PC, is there any
option that to protect my outlook with password (that might be same hotmail
PW). As i am using that PC along with my cousin.

Create separate user accounts to logon to Windows. Then all your other
data/documents are protected as well from being snooped around ;-)
