password protection

I would like to know how to set a password on an entire
workbook in Excel so that no one without my password can
read the content in the workbook. Can somebody help me?
I have Excel 2003.

Hi
in the Options dialog of the 'Save as' dialog you can set a read/write
password for your file. This is pretty secure.
