You should make your password recovery contact friendly for Office Live Beta.
I have been trying to log on to my website for two months and have not been
successful in doing so.
You should make your password recovery go through a list of question to
verify that it is the correct person and then change the password to let the
person on to their site. For example, favorite pet's name, mom's madien name,
logon name, etc....
