password recovery in groove

As your support faq suggests, an admin can reset a person's password. Yet in
our copy, the Admin cannot do so. Is there a certain set of directions that
I can send to my Admin? The only functions that he has are for him to delete
my account and remake it. "I do not have the ability in the Groove.net Admin
console to reset the account password. SInce the account is created by the
user when they get the invite."

Is there anyway that we can do this? Anyway have a suggestion?

Hi,

If you go to the Preferences under the Options Menu in the Launchbar, on the
"Account" Tab there is a check-box: "Enable password reset" . If this box
is checked, the administrator or you should be able to request a temporary
Groove password, which will be emailed to him .Once you log-in with it,
you'll be prompted to select a new password.
