Password reminders or override for files and documents?

I am looking for a preventative way if I forget a password or someone applies
a password to a document, file or folder who does not have the authority in a
system with less than 5 or 10 users?
Is it possible to put password reminders in an Office program?
Is it possible to to create tier levels to access docs, files & folders
within an Office program which would allow higher tier levels certain
abilities such as override passwords for access and modification? Is it
possible for such a tier level system to record a history of access or
attempts to access docs, files & folders within an Office program or
location.

In a word, No. Nothing like that available in the Office suite. Perhaps
you should look into some document management software for your needs.
