You can't set a password on Outlook itself, but you can set one on a
Personal Folders File. If the folder list isn't visible in Outlook, click
View | Folder List. Right-click the root folder (usually "Personal Folders"
or "Outlook Today"), click Properties on the popup menu, click the Advanced
button on the General tab, then click Change Password. Be VERY careful not
to forget the password, as it may not be easy nor cheap to get back into
your file without it.
