i can't send and receive through outlook. it asks me for
my password and then it give an error "incorrect
password". i tried to change it in "accounts" but it
still wont let me. please help!

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, bonbonrush asked:

Try having your ISP change your password
Then type in the new password.
I've had a situation in outlook before where the password
seems to become damaged.
Also remember your password may be case sensative.
