I am paste linking one worksheet of information into
another worksheet within the same workbook. However, the
empty cells that carry over become filled with zero's. I
have tried using the Find and Replace feature. However,
not only does it remove the zeros, but it also removes
other content that is plain text.

Is there another solution to my problem that will be fast
and efficient? Or will I need to delete one cell at a
time???

Thanks, Arvi! But, I have one problem - here is the
formula I created =IF(A4:R42=0,??,A4:R42)- what do I use
to delete items that are TRUE (in this case a 0)? I tried
leaving the TRUE value empty, but that didn't work.

Hi

First, in Excel 0 correspond to FALSE and 1 to TRUE

And second - maybe you explayn what do you want to do - this formula doesn't
work anyway.
