paste multiple addresses

I have a user that likes to send emails to multiple recipients. When he has
sent the initial email, he'll copy/paste all of the addresses into a new
email so he can attach a seperate document. When he does this, some of the
addresses are cut off and incomplete, causing him an error when he tries to
send.

Any suggestions?

So why isn't this sender including the document in their original
message?

Why can't this sender define a distribution list?

Why can't this sender open the prior message and resend it after editing
the body and attaching the file(s)?
