Paste options button menu, how do I change the preference?

On the paste options button menu it appears the middle item is the preference
( use design template formatting). I would rather have "keep source
formatting" as the preferenced option. Any way to change to that option?

I don't see "design template formatting" as an option. Perhaps you're using
a different language?

What version of Word are you using?

In any event, if you're using Word 2007, try the Office button - Word
Options - Advanced - Cut, copy, and paste, and see if the Pasting... options
get you what you want.

Thanks for the version info. Specifically which application are you
referring to? Word? Excel? PPT?

Although in Office 2003 I don't think the Paste Special defaults can be set
but we might be able to come up with something else for you if we had more
information, such as the application. :)
