paste options not available

I have selected "show paste options button" but not only is there no
button, but I have NO paste options at all in the Edit menu -- just
"paste." I am using the 2007 version. How do I get paste options?

When you paste in OneNote, the Paste Options tag menu appears at the bottom
right of the pasted text. You can also set the default paste option using
this tag menu.
