Paste Options should default to source formatting.

Pasting from one presentation to another has always been the worst thing
about PowerPoint. I have two presentations, and when I paste a slide from one
to the other, the slide layout is terribly messed up unless I click the
appearing Paste Options button and change the default to "Keep source
formatting."

I know that this button can be disabled through PPT's preferences, but
there's no way to select the default behavior. I take so many tech support
calls related to this because no one knows about the paste options button.
They paste a slide and they expect it to look the same when it's pasted.

This needs to be fixed.
