Paste Special, Paste Bitmap

We do a "Print Screen", then Paste Special, Paste bitmap to Word doc (Winword
in Works Suite 2004), the image is invisible unless we click on the
"Hide/Show Picture" in the pop-up menu. When saved then re-open the document,
same problem ! When scroll the document, bitmap became invisible too. The
pasted bitmap does show in Print Preview. Never encountered such a problem at
all in previously version of Word.

Any idea ?

On the View tab of Tools | Options, make sure that you have "Drawings"
checked and "Picture placeholders" *not* checked.

We did have the "Drawings" box checked and "PLACEHOLDER" box unchecked
already. That does not seem to be the problem. It seems we have to do a
"Bring to Front" in order to see the pasted image. It never required this
step in the older version of Word. (Problem we encountered now is in Word
2002 on Window XP ).
