paste special using organization charts

I am trying to create a dynamic link between two organization files. Want to
have each department update thier own organization chart names and have the
dynamic link update the master chart.

It works with synchronization between pages, and I can use pase special to
create the link between other office products files, but when I try using a
Visio file to update a Visio file, the Link box is always grey.

I don't think this is possible without writing code to do the
synchronization for you.
