Should be just above the OK button at bottom of dialog box.
Or are you getting Paste Special Unicode Text and Text dialog?
If so, from where are you pasting?
If from outside Excel Paste Special will give you this dialog.
Or if you have more than one instance of Excel running and you are Pasting
Special from one to the other you will get a different dialog box again with
more options.
