If that URL is supposed to give an illustration of the problem, it doesn't.
Are you pasting the email data as a picture?

Bob, thanks.
I copy from the email, the text.
I paste into a single cell.
-- D2 for example.
I want the all text to be in only D2, but it goes into D3, D4, D5, and D6.

What you're copying contains carriage returns (paragraph breaks) which
aren't allowed in a cell. If you want the entire message to go into a single
cell you'll have to paste it into a text editor (Word, TextEdit, etc) and
replace/remove all of the carriage returns (¶).

Just with was a faster way

If you aren't already doing it this way:

In Word use Find & Replace. In the Find what: field type ^p and in the
Replace with: field type a space, then Replace All. You can also record this
as a Macro to speed things up a bit more.

Bob,
what is the toolbar icon I can pop on toolbar to I can see
the carriage returns (¶).

In Word, that would be it. It's on the Standard Toolbar (unless you've
removed it). There is no way to display non-printing characters in Excel.

You can also use the keystroke Command+8 to toggle them on/off.
