Pasted text has no gridlines

Hello!

When I copy text from a web page (my cell phone bill) and paste it into
Excel 2003, the section I pasted has no gridlines. I want to restore the
standard gridlines to the entire sheet. How do I do that?

Thanks for the help!

Highlight the cells and press the borders button on the formatting toolbar
(the one that looks like a little four pane window!

The background color of the webpage is white. When you paste it into Excel,
the background wipes the gridlines.

Select the range and Format>Cells>Patterns. Select "no color" from the
options.

That does not do anything, but thanks for trying. To see the fix, read
Gord's response.
